I can't open all my slots on my calendar

Hi, please help.  Every month I open my slots around my normal daily schedule but this month I did not open all of them due to being on holiday.  Now I cannot open one hour slots at all.  It looks like my whole calendar has moved.  Here are the pictures.  I have logged out and restarted Google Chrome but it still shows the same problem.
