New Year, New Language Goals, New Excuses to Procrastinate

So, last year I had a lot of language goals that I never accomplished. Why? I'm a terrible procrastinator with a short attention span. I've been an English teacher for 6 years, so I know how to help others learn a language, but I can't seem to take my own advice! I'm hoping 2020 will be different but I need a new game plan.
Teachers and students, what are your language goals for 2020? How do you plan on accomplishing them? Any advice or study tips?
