Verbling not working with Chromebook

Last week, I tried to have a class with a student using my Chromebook as usual, but when entering the classroom module, got an error message saying  "This browser version does not support audio/video.
To take Verbling lessons, upgrade Google Chrome." However, my Chrome has the latest updates. I tried my other Chromebook and it's the same thing. Now I'm back to using my desktop windows PC, where the Chrome browser does still work with Verbling, but for me it's in an inferior set up. Please help Verbling!
