Hello! My name is Rhuana and I'm from Recife, Brazil. I have a Languages degree (Portuguese and French) from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and I did a postgraduate course in Applied Linguistics to Portuguese Language Teaching in the FAFIRE. I also had the opportunity to study Didactics for Languages for six months in the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, in Paris. Since 2011, I work as a teacher of Portuguese (as first and foreign language) and French and I’ve had experiences in schools, language courses, online lessons… So I have a large experience teaching both of them and I had the opportunity to teach students with different levels, profiles and goals. My lessons are dynamic, fun and prepared according to the student's objective and interests. Also, I believe that sociocultural aspects are extremely important in the process of learning a language, since it is, above all, social. Therefore, these aspects will be always present in our lessons. I love literature, cinema, TV ...

I have been teaching Portuguese as a second language for over 5 years with over 100 students. I love what I do and today I teach people from all over the world to speak my native language and learn more about Brazil and Brazilian culture. I am very happy to see people who believe from scratch and today speak Portuguese, it is great to see how they achieved better results through the language, working and living in Brazil or simply communicating with people they love. It has already been scientifically proven that learning a new language at any age becomes pleasurable and important because it is useful, stimulating for the brain, causes empathy in other people and broadens your social skills and horizons, breaking barriers through knowledge of a new culture as well. , for me it is gratifying to be a channel for this to happen. Hi everyone! I´m Sónia and I am from south of Portugal. I speak and teach native portuguese and I teach Spanish as well. I work as a language teacher at a Public School and were I teach Portuguese (to native and foreign students) and Spanish as a foreign language. I teach in big and small groups and on to one classes (online and offline). I speacialize in teaching beginners (A1 and A2) and intermediate students (B21 and B2).
