Are there any Norwegians in Spain?

I heard some Norwegians are starting to come to Spain, but I have never met any Norwegians here. And, do any of you learn Spanish? I know Norwegians speak good English but, is Spanish a language that would interest you for any reason, or would you find it useful to learn, let's say, in case you have business in South America or in Spain? Just wondering...
