Differences between "tired" and "sleepy".

Hi everybody,

I'd like to know if anyone's particular language DOES NOT 
differentiate between "tired" and "sleepy" ?

To the best of my knowledge these language DO differentiate;

Mandarin Chinese:  我累了。 我困了。 
Italian:  Sono stanco/a. Ho sonno (Sono assonnato).
Spanish:  Estoy cansado/a. Tengo sueño. 
Portuguese:  Estou cansado/a. Estou com sono. 
Vietnamese: Mệt mỏi. Tôi buồn ngủ. 

It seems German DOES NOT differentiate: Ich bin müde. 

Any suggestions?
