Do you try not to drink tea or coffee in the evening, in case they disrupt your sleep, because of the caffeine they contain?

A new study suggests that drinking tea or coffee within four hours of bedtime doesn't affect sleep, but that nicotine (in cigarettes) and alcohol do disrupt sleep.
