How do I say "out of nowhere" in German? 🙃😃✌🏼

So many times we miss simple expressions that we don't really value until we need them to express ourselves, no? 😋

"Out of nowhere " is one of them! 

"Out of nowhere she showed up and gave me the best gift ever!"
- or something like that.

I have countless examples such as these in my life (this one I just wrote is actually true! A dear friend who wasn't coming to my birthday party showed up and made it the best party ever😮)

SO, how do we say that in German??
