for now vs at the moment

Hi, everyone!
While writing an essay I have some questions to ask.
In
I think this real market estate situation is negative in some way. Because people think that world economy is unstable for now.
'for now' could be replaced by 'at the moment'.
If you agree then why do you think 'at the moment' is better here then 'for now'?
