Reducing Plastic Consumption
5년 전Cutting down on plastic consumption, in particular single-use plastics, is a big thing in the UK at the moment, due to the environmental problems it causes.
Some people are trying to buy certain products in glass as opposed to plastic, such as milk, while others are buying bars of soap, instead of plastic bottles of shower gel. In my case, I'm trying to buy fruit and vegetables without plastic packaging, but this is difficult to find and usually more expensive.
When you go food shopping, do you think about the packaging the products come in? Do you try to buy plastic free alternatives, or are other factors, such as the price more important?
