The right way to say
5 yıl önceHello!
In total, countries spent 30,7 mln euros on coffee, while the UK alone spent 20 mln euros. I want to say something like the UK’s expenditure was almost 2 times higher than the total amount of money spent in all five countries. Could you help me do it properly at the end of the sentence below?
“Overall, the Fairtrade-labelled coffee consumption increased sharply in nearly all five countries, especially in the UK and Switzerland, the former boasted a thirteen times increase over the course of 6 years, which accounted for almost double amount of money spent in comparison to the total expenditure in all five countries.”
Thank you!
