Each day brings a new topic a new idea and a different set of circumstances.

Communication is about expressing yourself and understanding the people and the world around you.

There are many universal topics, such as the seasons. It is an interesting topic. For example, we are now in the season of autumn. It conjures up in my mind the harvest, the changing colours of the trees, the first frost and little smoking fires in the countryside where farmers and gardeners have decided to burn away some of the old vegetation that has been left after cultivation of crops has ended. When I lived in the North of England I used to walk in the countryside quite a lot and these are the things I remember about this time of the year.
