Are You Learning English Rapidly? You don’t have time to learn slowly

1 年前

1. Vocabulary Acquisition:
  • Every day, select a range of 20-80 new English words. Start with 20 and gradually increase as you become comfortable.
  • Use flashcards, digital apps, or a notebook to jot down these words.
  • For each word, write its definition, use it in a sentence, and note any synonyms or antonyms.
  • Review the words multiple times during the day.

2. Practice Speaking:
  • Choose a topic or use the new words you've learned.
  • Make a recording of yourself speaking about the topic in English for 5-10 minutes. This doesn't have to be perfect! The goal is to practice.
  • Focus on pronunciation, sentence structure, and using the new vocabulary you've learned.

3. Active Listening and Transcription:
  • Listen to your recordings.
  • Transcribe what you hear. This will help reinforce your learning and allow you to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compare your transcription with any notes or scripts you might have used while recording. Notice any differences and areas where you can improve.

4. Feedback:
  • Share your recordings with peers, your tutor, or language exchange partners.
  • Ask for feedback on pronunciation, vocabulary usage, and grammar.
  • Use this feedback to make improvements in subsequent recordings.

5. Consistency is Key:
  • Make this a daily routine. The regular practice, combined with active listening and feedback, will accelerate your English learning process.
