i would like to learn German

Hello My name is Majid from Oman im university student in final year.

I am native arabisch speaker and also  English speaker , i decided to learn German online but im having a problem with practicing and understanding German grammar  i couldn't find online friend to practice my German learning. 

i need your help with the following : 

- if we can speak or chat on any social network  and i can help you to understand Arabisch or English if you like.

- suggest me any online website to chat with native German speaker
