I was born in the UK and have been teaching English for almost 20 years. I’ve prepared many students for exams such as IELTS, TOEFL and the main Cambridge exams. I’ve also helped many students prepare for job interviews. I’m a firm believer that learning should be a fun and enjoyable experience so my classes are as dynamic and interactive as possible. My students get plenty of speaking time during which we learn and practise lots of new vocabulary. Any mistakes are corrected and we discuss any necessary grammar points as well as work on pronunciation. For more advanced students it’s important to learn common phrasal verbs and expressions used by native speakers in order to sound more natural. So if you’re just starting out on your journey with English, or are an advanced speaker, please book a trial lesson so we can talk about your requirements. Hello, My name is Mr. Kat Rogan. I am a professional language and writing instructor with an extensive background in coaching all levels of learners internationally in many different teaching, online, one on one, and in the classroom settings. As a communication major my skills from public speaking made it possible for me to teach at the university level for a number of years, and then move into the private field of language schools and training. This and my dedication to helping others has allowed me to learn, and develop, some of the best, most effective, and widely used language training tools in the world. I have a passion for languages.
