I am a Spanish and Italian Teacher graduated in Education of Languages and Literature. Experienced teaching over 5 years in all leves of Spanish and Italian. In the last 3 years I've been working with foreigners in Languages Institutes, Universities and in another learning-online sites as well. My philosophy of lessons is Fun and Learn! so let's learn having fun! I am a very flexible and easy going person, I love the languages and the grammar, but also the music and videos to help us understand situations, cultures and ways to think the world. I discover I wanted to be a full time teacher when I moved to Poland and started teaching sporadically. After I came back to Spain I took a course on teaching skills and started to teach independently. And I loved it! The more I taught the more I liked. I still love teaching cause I understand my culture better and the way Spanish people think. I find that fascinating. To me, explaining why we would say things in a certain way because of our culture is the best bit. Be sure you will always have contact with the real culture during our lessons. I usually take a coaching approach. That means we will set goals and every week we will review what we've done so far and what we can do next. My students are the ones that choose the pace they want to learn, I only guide them through the whole journey. I have been teaching Spanish learners how to improve their conversational skills in the Spanish typical of Mexico City for over six years. I do so by helping them put into practice the specific skill or skills they have been struggling with, whether it be speaking, listening, or fluency. For me, the importance of practice in foreign language learning is paramount, especially for those who are interested in a conversational approach.
