How to learn Vietnamese effectively?

The greatest learners of languages in the world!!!
I have been continuously learning new languages and instructing my native language: Vietnamese for nearly 20 years. For me, learning languages and instructing languages are the most relaxing and interesting activity, which help me feel better, more confident and refresh. I can make friends with many people around the world, firstly through internet, but later we become real friends when we meet each other in Vietnam, share ideas and drink coffee together.
So, how to learn a language effectively? Especially a toned language like Vietnamese? Actually, it is very easy, all of my language partners have said that with me.
Firstly, you concentrate on how to make pronunciation in Vietnamese language. This will need at least two lessons of 60 minutes. It will be better if you can have three lessons only for studying about the tones and vowels, extra forms of vowels and related aspects.
Secondly, try to study Vietnamese language like the way that kids learn their native language in the beginning time. As Vietnamese language is a toned language and should not be studied so academically like English or French language. This will help you feel more comfortable when you learn this language.
Thirdly, do not concentrate too much on grammar. Instead, you can learn some simple sentence structures and try to talk these structures as much as you can everyday.
And at last, before I stop this discussion, one thing which I think it will be very helpful and relaxing for you to study this language, that is speaking all the time and listening to audios, karaokes and then you will think you are singing and learning to sing!!! So you can study happily and effectively.
