Hello! I am a certified Spanish teacher 👩🏽🎓 with wide experience as a medical interpreter 👩🏾⚕️ and as a university teacher and researcher 👩🏽🏫. My teaching approach is based on critical, transfeminist and neurodivergent pedagogy 🏳️⚧️♾️. In my spare time, I play ukulele 🎸, learn to roller skate 🛼 and volunteer at a school run by an immigrant women's movement ✊🏾♀️ in Buenos Aires.
I have 7 years of experience teaching Spanish online and in universities. I have a degree in Linguistics from the best university in Peru and I specialized as a teacher of Spanish as a foreign language in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My methodology is based on a task-based approach, which means that each lesson has a practical purpose: that you can use Spanish in real situations, from shopping at the supermarket to writing an argumentative essay. In addition, I have experience as an interpreter in the medical field, so I can help you learn Spanish for specific professional contexts.
