My name is Ligia and I studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Islands). However, what I always wanted to do was to teach my mother tongue and my culture to students interested in Cervantes language. That was the reason that prompted me to follow forming in the study of Spanish as a foreign language. I have three years dedicated to teaching Spanish as a foreign language. The first school where I worked was accredited by the famous and prestigious Instituto Cervantes, so I’m familiar with their teaching methodology. Throughout my professional experience I have prepared students of different nationalities for A2 and B2 DELE exams in addition to other official examinations necessary for their jobs, for example, in the European Union.
