I was born in the UK and have been teaching English for almost 20 years.
I’ve prepared many students for exams such as IELTS, TOEFL and the main Cambridge exams. I’ve also helped many students prepare for job interviews.
I’m a firm believer that learning should be a fun and enjoyable experience so my classes are as dynamic and interactive as possible. My students get plenty of speaking time during which we learn and practise lots of new vocabulary. Any mistakes are corrected and we discuss any necessary grammar points as well as work on pronunciation. For more advanced students it’s important to learn common phrasal verbs and expressions used by native speakers in order to sound more natural.
So if you’re just starting out on your journey with English, or are an advanced speaker, please book a trial lesson so we can talk about your requirements. For each student I create an individual course that suits your particular needs and that will help you reach your goals.

Hi all! I am an outgoing, meticulous teacher who enjoys optimizing online language techniques to help you take your language ability to the next level (offline or online!) Being from Michigan in the USA but living abroad in South Korea and the UK for over 15 years, I have a neutral accent and insight into international speaking patterns of English using populations. I offer structured lessons, not just 'free-talking' (although freestyle is incorporated!) so you have a modicum of measurement to monitor progress. Additionally, working with a consistent teacher who matches your language approach and style is a phenomenally valuable way to see improvements. A language geek myself (speaking Spanish/Korean), I affirm that experience instills a certain unique passion and awareness toward the interactions I can guide you through in the online lesson. Hope to see you soon. 🥰👍 I teach adults business English, university aged learners academic skills English, and young learners reading and co...

Hi, I'm Gregory and I want to help you improve your English! I have 10 years of full-time experience teaching English and earned a Master's degree in TESOL at City College of New York. I'm a native English speaker and have taught students of all ages, including adults, college students, and high school students. I'm a former New York City high school teacher and have also taught at ESL instutites and online as well. I've also held a NY Teacher's License and a NY Registered Business School Teacher's Certificate.
I know that learning a new language can be difficult; in fact, I've been a language learner myself! I earned a minor in Spanish while in college and also took two years of Koine Greek and a semester of French. I've studied abroad in Spain and have spent time living the Dominican Republic. That's why I always try to create a safe, positive environment for my students to learn, take risks, and have fun.
Fun is exactly what you'll have when you take my classes! I'm outgoing an...

Hello! I am a professional credentialed* educator in history-social science and English language development. This means that the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) recognizes my skills in learning theory, instruction, assessment, curriculum design, clinical practice, and action research in these subjects. I have been a teacher for over 10 years, primarily working internationally for private and public schools and universities, along with secondary schools in California. I enjoy making friends from all around the world. (*You can check my credential's validity on the CTC's website.)
Most importantly, I'm a teacher that will give you a clear goal and plan for success. I also use the most advanced teaching techniques. For example, if your goal is learning about history-social science, you will learn how to develop your skills in this field using scientific inquiry. Also, if your goal is improving your English, you will receive timely feedback based on tasks that si...

My name is Bronwyn, but students and friends usually call me Bronnie, which I prefer as it seems friendlier.
I have taught English as an additional language to students of all ages and levels of proficiency from several regions around the world. I also happen to hold a high school teacher license here in the US.
Being an enthusiastic language learner myself, currently German, I have a sound understanding of the process of language learning and the patience it takes from both learner and teacher, alike. I love watching the students' confidence grow as they start to realize that the skill of speaking another language proficiently is within reach.
A variety of teaching techniques and teaching experience come with me to the classroom from my work with Berlitz, my training with The Berlin School of English, the TESOL corporation, and of course formal teacher preparation and theory and practical application as a licensed high school teacher. But most of all, I bring encouragement and en...
