Learning and exercise
Hi everyone!
Many of you can think that learning and doing sport are two different actions that are not related at all. Well, you are wrong!
It is known that doing sport provides multiple benefits for our health: it improves our vascular system, our muscles gain strength and flexibility and, what is also very important, feeds our brain with oxygen and nutrients.
According to a study performed in 2016, it is an excellent idea to do exercise 4 hours after having learned something in order to stick it to your long-term memory. So, if I had already reasons to do physical exercise now you have one more.
