AUTUMN BUCKET LIST - Day 1
6 years agoINIZIA UN NUOVO PROGETTO
When we START A NEW PROJECT the Italian verb we need is
INIZIARE = TO START, TO BEGIN, TO LAUNCH
present tense
IO INIZIO
TU INIZI
LUI/LEI INIZIA
NOI INIZIAMO
VOI INIZIATE
LORO INIZIANO
imperative tense
INIZIA! (TU)
INIZIATE! (VOI)
in Italian language we use the IMPERATIVE TENSE when we want to:
- order someone to do something
- prevent someone from doing something (negative form)
- give instructions for procedures
- plead someone asking for something we would like
- invite someone
- give suggestions
Today by saying "INIZIA UN NUOVO PROGETTO" what I want to do is both:
> extend you an INVITATION to the challenge I've created (MORE INFO HERE)
> and give you a SUGGESTION for your Italian learning (or improving :-D) thanks to this
