flashcards on iOS app don't show up

Hello,
I can't see my flashcards from my lessons on the iOS app. However, if I go to the lessons I can find some but they aren't reviewable in order to practice. It just displays it but there are no flashcards showing up in for the Verbling Spaced Repetition so they're useless. Also, I sent a message to the support team about this on March 26 and still haven't heard anything back. 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
