Problems with platform

Did anybody have connection problems today. This is now the second time it happen. I could not teach. It keep on telling me bad connection and the sound is bad. Did try to swop browers with no luck. Did all the trouble shoot as well. What is going on with Verbling. This did not happen in the past only started recently.

Hey Marysia, not today but yesterday. Sometimes, I think for the number of users at the same time, I have the same issue. When I definitely can not teach I apologize myself with the student and we reschedule the lesson.
Thank you I thought is was only me.
