Stay at home AND keep fit

I hope you're all keeping well during these strange and difficult times.
Here in the UK we are now on lock down, unable to leave the house unless we are going out to shop for supplies, a medical reason, to exercise once a day and to work, I know this is happening in many countries across the world now and I hope everyone is staying safe and feeling well.
I like to keep fit. Normally I run, go to the gym or hike at the weekends. As that's not currently possible, I've been exercising at home. I thought I'd share a few videos I've been using to keep fit at home. There are a few different types to suit as many people as possible.
Walk with Leslie

Yoga with Adriene
