Treasurer or paymaster?

I am trying to translate some job positions into English. The idea is for native speakers to understand them. So, are these job positions understandable?
1. Chief Accountant
2. Rent Accountant
3. Cost Accountant (or maybe Expenditure Accountant would be better?)
4. Construction Accountant
5. Treasurer (?) / paymaster (?) a person responsible for giving people their salaries or wages that they are owed, the operator who pays the bills
6. Economist
