What is the difference between "yo como" and "yo me como"?

Spanish tip of the day:

Normally when we speak Spanish we say…
1.Yo COMO frutas en las mañana.🌄
2. Yo ME COMO un banano 🍌 después de entrenar.

The first sentence says “COMO” and next to it, it was mentioned what the person eats (frutas)🍉🍓🍍.
In the second one you say ME COMO, because after “como” you say a number 💯 🔢 or an indefinite article (un)

Give us an example to see if this tip was clear.
