5 years agoDuring the holidays, many things come to mind. Whatever Christmas represents for you is perfectly fine. One thing we all can agree on though, is that there are classic Christmas movies that have left a heart-warming impression over the years.
Here’s a list of 10 classic Christmas films you may want to see:
1. A Christmas Story
2. Elf
3. Home Alone
4. White Christmas
5. National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
6. Miracle on 34th Street
7. The Santa Clause
8. The Grinch
9. The Nightmare Before Christmas
10. The Muppet Christmas Carol
There are so many more. When it’s cold outside, or your home is filled with many members of family and a cosy fire; watching movies is a great way to keep entertained. These popular stories remind us of the joy, brilliance, and goodwill that is stirred in us during this time of year.
And what’s my favourite, you ask? I adore Frank Capra’s ‘IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE’ starring James Stewart and Donna Reed. It’s a timeless story of family, friendship, love, and plenty of Christmas magic. It’s compelling and delightfully invigorating. It’s one I would definitely recommend. Watching films are also an excellent and fun way of learning a second language.
