Would have been & had ?!? (Advanced sentence corrections please)

can you show me the mistake in my sentence ? I built it by myself and I'm pretty sure there is a mistake (especially in the End)
I just wrote this to someone:
"I'm super sad that you didn't answer. Imagine how cool it would have been if we would have met and had an English lesson."
-> I guess the "had" is wrong/too much ??
Where's the mistake ??? How would a native speaker say this sentence ?
