Japanese is NOT just about words and grammar—it’s about PERSPECTIVE, CULTURE, and the STORIES behind it all.
Too often, language is taught like a formula, disconnected from its DEEPER meaning. That’s why it feels confusing, why the rules don’t stick, and why it stops being fun. Does this sound familiar?
① Not knowing where to start
② Particles!
③ Conjugations
④ て-form
Without cultural and historical context, particles feel random, formalities rigid, and expressions meaningless.
In my lessons, I’ll help you see why Japanese works the way it does. Once you understand the “WHY,” everything clicks. It’s not just a language—it’s a way to think, connect, and experience life.
Teaching Japanese is not my work, it is my PASSION. It always makes me very happy when I meet people who are interested in my language.
I tailor my lessons to suit you! I prepare each class according to your language needs as well as your interests and personality.
Me as a Teacher:

Hi there!
Welcome to my (Kazukosan's) profile!
Just imagine watching that anime without the subtitles.
Simply spectacular! マジでいい!
I believe strengthening listening comprehension skills is the key to navigate language with confidence. How would you communicate in Japanese (or any language for that matter), if you do not know what it sounds like?
My passion is to assist my students to listen to the Japanese language through anime, movies, news clips, YouTube videos and help achieve their goals.
The tools and techniques I have acquired over years are yours to use which, by the way, can be applied to learning other languages as well!
I really want to help you out!
May ALL your dreams come true!

こんにちは。I'm a native Japanese speaker. I live in Osaka. I am a mother of 2 kids.
I attended Osaka University where I majored in Japanese teaching. In the university, I studied how to teach Japanese to foreign people. I think the most important thing is to relax and enjoy the lessons.
After graduating, I worked for a localization division of a Japanese Game Publisher in Osaka for a period of 13 years. My duties involved the translation (from English to Japanese) of in-game content and manual booklets for more than 100 games.
I understand there are many Japanese phrases that cannot be translated literally to your language. Also, Keigo (Honorific) may be complicating.
I'd like to think with you what is the best way to learn the language for you.
It may be to read Japanese manga (comic books), to watch Japanese movies, or to discuss some topics of Japanese newspapers.
