Hello, my name is Teresa!
My passion is to help you become a confident speaker of business English, so that you can build a successful career in the global world.
After receiving my Masters in English, I started my career as an English teacher in Brazil. After many years of teaching, I entered the world of business and became a manager at a large global company for over 20 years.
I did business in 12 different countries, working with teams from many different cultures.
What was the most important thing I learned?
In today’s connected world, being able to communicate across different cultures is essential.
If you are someone who wants to grow your career and become highly valued to a company – or if you want to start your own company – it’s vital to learn proper business English in many contexts.
With my deep knowledge of both English and Modern business, like I have done with hundreds of students already, my goal is to coach you and help you become confident in this global language.

Teresa invested time in reading an article before class according to my preference. She clarified new vocabulary such as the noun "Presidios": fortresses of protection. Not only she enhances my conversational English and general knowledge, but she also understands me as a person. Indeed, Teresa developed high level of emotional intelligence.
