About Me
Hi! I am Raluca, a Romanian professional teacher with over five years of experience as a specialist in Romanian as a Foreign Language. I have taught all ages from 6 to 75, various nationalities, and all levels (from Absolute Beginner to Proficiency) in-person and online.
I am happy to help you with grammar, vocabulary, accuracy, reading, writing, speaking, fluency, pronunciation, listening, exam preparation, academic Romanian, business Romanian or functional everyday Romanian.
I'm fluent in German, English, and Spanish and have studied French, Latin, Russian, and Italian. Being quite the language learner myself, I'm very aware of the challenges and manage to apply my practical learner experiences into my teaching to create confident, mindful relationships with my students.
I build my lessons on relationships, not promising success in a few months. Every student requires a different approach, making my time spent teaching very interesting. I enjoy sharing my mother tongue with such severe and compassionate learners.
I will make sure that the class, my approach and the work material always stay in tune with your current needs, learning style, goals and interests.

The classes with me are very engaging, interactive and well-structured content to have a logical fluency in assimilating grammar and vocabulary.
My method:
I have written coursebooks and learning materials, written content, audio recordings, and interactive online exercises in the last three years. My plan is well structured to help you understand and speak Romanian in no time. You will receive many learning materials, audio recordings and pdfs to practice this language at home, at the office or on a walk in the park.
I will provide before our lesson the materials that we will use in our class.
