Hola. Mi nombre es Delia. Vivo en Puebla, México. Soy licenciada en Procesos Educativos. Tengo experiencia enseñando español a personas de diferentes niveles, edades y países. Desde principiantes absolutos hasta avanzados, a niños desde 4 años a adultos de más de 70, de 18 países diferentes.
En mis clases uso diferentes métodos, técnicas y materiales adaptados a tus objetivos, habilidades y necesidades. En ese sentido podemos enfocarnos en el desarrollo de tus habilidades de conversación, escritura, lectura, escucha, ver más gramática, pronunciación, etc. También en el caso de los adolescentes, apoyándolos en las tareas escolares.
En mis clases retomaré tus conocimientos previos y si no tienes, no te preocupes, aquí te enseñaré.
También, si tú quieres, te apoyaré con materiales extra para que puedas seguir aprendiendo español fuera de la clase.
Yo sé muy bien el reto que es aprender un idioma. Así que crearé un espacio de confianza para que te puedas sentir seguro/a y mejorar tu español rápidamente.

Hi! My name is Delia. I’m from Puebla, Mexico.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education. I have experience teaching students from different levels, ages, and countries: absolute beginners to advanced students, starting from 4 years old, to adults that are more than 70 years old, who are from 18 different countries.
In my classes, I use different methods, techniques, and materials adapted to your objectives, skills, and needs. Therefore, we could focus on conversation, your writing, reading or listening skills, pronunciation, or all of them! In the case of teenagers, I can give them support in their school homework. It all depends on your goals!
During the lesson, I will consider your previous knowledge (if you don’t have previous experience, don’t worry, that’s why you’re here).
Plus, if you want to, I’ll give you extra material or homework, for your self-study.
I understand what a challenge is to learn a language, so I’ll create a comfortable environment for you to feel secure and improve your Spanish skills fast.

Delia is a really lovely teacher, her voice is very clear, and she is very patient with me as a false beginner. She was well prepared for our lesson, and after having 45 minutes of conversation, she easily mapped out what we should do for our next lessons with lots of materials, while still staying flexible. I feel much more confident about our next lessons, and I can't wait to learn more!

My second lesson with Delia was awesome! She has simple and straightforward materials for us to use, and her dialogues and helpful guidance help me to feel confident in my speaking and remembering old vocabulary from the past. She's very patient and is very good at explaining simply in Spanish, so I really get a lot of listening practice over an hour without feeling to overwhelmed, looking forward to our next lesson!
