I am a 47 year old South African and have a Business degree. I worked in Finance and Marketing for 7 years for Volkswagen South Africa.
I am extroverted and I love people!
I currently work as a counselor/life coach with flexible hours, as well as teaching English on Verbling to adults from all over the world.
On this platform I have worked with business people at the highest level of their field. With the global economy, more and more business people are needing to hone their English, to converse, negotiate and present their proposals.
For example, I have taught the head of HR worldwide in a German logistics company, the head of HR in an Italian company, the head of Cybersecurity in an Italian company, and various business people throughout Europe and Asia.
In fact my business experience has been instrumental in gaining and keeping English students online who hold executive positions in their companies.
I have great skills in developing a rapport with almost any student

Christine is a brilliant teacher! She is well prepared, is able to explain grammar, correct pronunciations and wrong expressions very well and she is a fantastic conversation partner. Time flies talking with her also because she has a wide variety of topics to discuss and is in general an extremely sympathetic, nice and interesting person. My focus is to improve my business English and she is very well prepared on this field, but I guess she is also the right teacher if you are looking for improve your English for other reasons. She always responds to wishes and the most important thing: it's fun to learn with her!

Christine is a very nice and kind teacher. I'm very uneasy to speak English but she made easy the lesson and I was comfortable. Careful during the lesson she gave me advice and some exercises to improve my pronunciation.
