Duilius is a great teacher who has a deep knowledge of the Latin language. Unlike most Latin teachers he's actually able to speak Latin fluently. By studying with him I'm therefore not just learning to translate the language as an exam-puzzle, but rather to achieve written and spoken fluency just like I would with any other foreign language. I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to become fluent readers and speakers of Latin!
