Welcomeπ Are you looking for the most fun and efficient way to learn Korean? Congratulations on visiting the right tutor.ππ I am passionate about languages, and most of all, I love teaching the Korean language. I hold a bachelor's degree from Kookmin University, Seoul, and completed a post-degree program from a state college in Canada.
I teach all levels from absolute beginner to proficiency and have taught over 2,600 lessons to speakers of other languages for the last 5 years. π I have seen common mistakes beginners and advanced speakers make and helped them better understand the Korean language. My students include corporate workers, teachers, actors, and Korean descendants. Meeting people from all walks of life, I'm good at personalizing lessons depending on students' situations. As a language learner, I learned English, French, and Chinese. Therefore, I understand the struggle of learning a foreign language well and combine both experiences, as a learner and a tutor, into the lesson.
I always encourage students to speak a lot in Korean and not worry about making mistakes because we can advance upon those mistakes. I am happy to see my students grow more confident in their Korean language abilities. ππ We often share different cultural knowledge and broaden our perspective on the worldview.π We, humans, indeed learn best when we have fun.
