I'm a professional teacher who have been teaching Indonesian and English to students from various ages and nationalities since 2012. My background education is in English Language Studies and currently, I work as a lecturer in one of the universities in Thailand.

I have only had a trial lesson and a complete lesson with Sekar, and I rarely make a comment after such a short experience. I will make an exception here because I can already and safely say that she is a really competent, enthusiastic, and competent teacher. Her pronunciation is very clear and her method is very student-friendly. She encourages the active use of Indonesian from the very beginning. On top of that, she tailors her teaching to her students' needs. Her materials are also top-notch. So, great choice in my case and highly recommended for anyone interested in the Indonesian language and culture.

Further to my previous review, I can only confirm that Sekar is a wonderful guru (teacher) She is very organized and plans everything well in advance. She is also very flexible and tailors her teaching to her students' preferences and needs. Her internet connection and sound and image quality are also very good. And so is her command of English.
