About Me
Hey there! Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Shaista. I’ve had some terrific opportunities to teach folks from various walks of life, ranging from school students to CEOs & CFOs since 2011.
In my seven-year experience as a global English coach on this platform, I’ve been consistently rated as a 5-star (read reviews) & 'featured' teacher. Each class is incorporated with grammar exercises, role plays, writing, reading tasks, professional English phraseology and conversations focussing on enunciation, expression, and intonation in speech.
Reading material includes news articles, poetry, and short stories to improve vocabulary; speaking tasks include personal/professional/cultural conversations; listening topics as per the student's fancy and writing material such as picture/q/a/graph/pie chart-based tasks are included as tools in every class.
Apart from teaching English, I love to read books, and write poetry.
I live in a Himalayan village in North India where I like to collect the free joys by hiking in the idyllic landscape.
I enjoy baking cakes, cooking my daily meals and taking care of my little balcony garden where I've grown greens, herbs and seasonal flowers.
