About Me
Bonjour! My name is Claire, I am from France but I have been living and working in Mexico as a French teacher for 8 years, I teach my language in an American school and in the Alliance Française, and I enjoy it. Since I have different profiles of students in class (beginners to advanced, 10 years old to 70 years old, individual to groups of 20), I can apply numerous strategies that will also depend on how you like to work, however I always try to make you feel confortable so that you can actually talk, and the talking is the basis of an enjoyable lesson, from there we discover new vocabulary, analyze a grammatical structure, practice fluidness, pronunciation and intonation. I also like to use newspaper articles, extracts from books or songs, or any document you would like to study if you feel that it could be useful and if you send it to me in advance in order to prepare an interesting lesson.
I can also help you prepare for a review if you wish to take the DELF exam since I am an accredited assessor since 2012.
