Expert and professional Hindi tutor with 10 years of experience | B.Ed | M.A in Hindi | M.A in Sanskrit | Grammar Expert | Tutor of Hindi and Sanskrit for students all around the world |
Namaste ! My name is Antim and I am from India. I am a certified, experienced and qualified full time Hindi and Sanskrit tutor. As I have been in the teaching space for last 7 years and also I am a native Hindi speaker therefore I teach the language in a way that is easy for my students to understand. I teach students in India and Indian origin students in abroad.
My classes are well organized, focused and personalized as per students need and I explain the logic of making sentence which enables learner to make their own sentences.
I teach students of all age groups with equal ease.
I help each student in a personalized manner to solve their difficulties and accomplish their goals.
My teaching methods are interactive and to understand basic concepts. I have divided my lessons in vocabulary , prepositions, forms of verbs, small phrases and sentence formation etc. I teach the language through interactive conversations, discussions on interesting topics ,audios, text notes and stories.
The course can be customized as per the requirements of the candidate. The main idea of my lessons is to get a good amount of listening, speaking, reading and writing practices that will help you to achieve the desired level of fluency.

I started learning Hindi with Antim. She is a very patient teacher and she adapts flexibly to the level of knowledge of the students. I always feel she tries as best as possible to respond to my questions. She shares good work sheets and grammar summaries but is also not overloading with new things. Her emphasis is on learning to speak Hindi rather than understand all rules and grammar. This for me is very practical and I appreciate it. Thank you very much Ji!

My goal is to learn to speak, read and write Hindi before I visit India to study yoga. I have never been to India and I am a true beginner as a Hindi student. This was my 9th lesson with Antim and it is a pleasure to get to know her.
Learning the Hindi alphabet seems challenging at first, but through her structured and encouraging teaching style the daunting task is now enjoyable and easy to do. She gives me material so I can practice between the lessons, and if I have questions about other things, such as India or things we have yet to cover in the lessons, she answers it with joy and enthusiasm. When she learned I was a yoga practitioner she took her time to do simple yoga exercises in front of the computer to increase my energy and focus.
In the beginning I was not using a headset, only my computer speaker/mic, but I have since realized that learning a language needs very good audio quality, and it also makes it easier for her to hear me properly. My advice for any student is to start out with a good quality headset from the beginning.
As an European, the singing Indian English accent needs a bit of concentration in the beginning, but I see this as an added benefit. This is how English is spoken in India and something one need to be comfortable with when going there. (I struggled a bit in the beginning, but with headphones that too got easier) Also, in my personal opinion, I think this singing accent is beautiful to listen to.
Antim takes very good care of me as a student, and makes me feel good about very little step forward that I make. From starting out a little intimidated about learning a new language and alphabet, I now look forward to the lessons with excitement and joy.
