Hello, my name's Melanie, I'm a native British English speaker with an easy to understand accent and a fully qualified TEFL teacher with over 9 years experience teaching online.
Learning a new language should be fun and enjoyable. I like to bring laughter to my lessons and try and make them friendly, fun and relaxed. Throw away those boring text books, you'll be amazed how quickly your English speaking and listening skills will improve with real conversations. As a native speaker, I'm able to easily help you become more confident and fluent, not just with grammar but in your tone and pronunciation, to make it easier for you to communicate in English with other native speakers.

We'll talk about things that you're interested in and you'll be able to learn lots of expressions, that make you sound more fluent to native speakers. I encourage you to talk a lot, with real conversations in lessons that are enjoyable and relaxed - the best way to learn!

It was an absolute pleasure learning from Melanie, who was incredibly thoughtful and inspiring in her teaching approach. Melanie's classes were always engaging and fun, and I came away with a wealth of useful expressions and vocabulary that have helped me tremendously in my communication skills. Melanie was also attentive to my pronunciation, and provided helpful feedback that allowed me to improve my speaking abilities. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed the interesting conversations we had in class that challenged me to think more deeply and broaden my horizons. Overall, I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a comprehensive and enjoyable learning experience.

I cannot recommend Melanie enough! She is an incredibly kind, caring, and fun English teacher who goes above and beyond to ensure her students are engaged, motivated, and learning. Her lessons are always well-organized, and she seamlessly weaves in new vocabulary and expressions that are useful in everyday conversations. She also shares her knowledge of British culture, which has been fascinating to learn about. Most importantly, she is an expert at helping students pronounce words correctly, and I've noticed a huge improvement in my own pronunciation thanks to her guidance. Overall, Melanie is an exceptional teacher who truly cares about her students' success and well-being. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to learn from her!
