About Me
My name is Nico and I'm British-American. Please see my resume for the specific details of my qualifications and experience as a TEFL teacher. I have a lot of experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults, most of whom went on to take CEFR exams (whether British Institutes, IELTS, or Cambridge).
Because of this experience, and also the experience of running my own school, I have a good sense of how fast students can develop their language skills and how to keep moving forward in the process of language learning. For me, it is essential that students are well-rounded, which means they need to work on the various parts of a language – reading, listening, speaking, pronunciation, writing, and grammar. Unfortunately, a lot of students focus on one or two of these areas at school, leaving gaps in their education.

Nico is very good at explaining grammar, and lessons are really fun! She also gets you to work on your weaknesses, and tries to prepare balanced classes where you work on different things. She sends you feedback for homework fast, and makes sure you get it even if you're sending it the day before.
