About Me
Hi! I'm Maria, a native Spanish speaker. I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico -where I live now-. I'm a language teacher and a tourist guide; and thanks to this I am constantly in touch with people from all over the world who are interested in knowing more about the Mexican culture, customs, food and language; which I love to share.
I started to teach Spanish a few years ago in France; I found it exciting and challenging. When I came back to Mexico, I began to help english students to improve their skills. From comprehension to speaking, these are the main issues I've realized students find complicated. What I like to do, is to encourage students to keep improving the abilities they've learnt , by practicing with dynamic and practical lessons.

I feel very lucky to have found Maria. She always comes prepared with interesting material that follows my interests and targets my weak spots. I am at an intermediate and in about 10 lessons with her I already feel like I am speaking more fluently and using more complex sentences.
