María is a very organized and personable teacher with a deep and thorough understanding of Spanish grammar and how to teach it. I really enjoy our classes and feel that I learn a lot. She always sets an objective for the class, which can be student directed if there is something specific that you want to work on. And she will give you meaningful homework to do (or not, if you don't want it!).

I chose to have a lesson with María because I saw one of her recorded classes and am very glad that I did. In just our 30 minute intro session she introduced me to a new verb tense and we spent some time practicing.
