Hello everybody,
This is Xavi from Spain, currently living in Barcelona. I am 32 years old and I can teach you Spanish, Catalan and English (to B2 level) (IELTS 8). Furthermore, I am studying Chinese aswell HSK5.
I think that enthusiasm for what you do is fundamental, since that enthusiasm is key and spreads to those around you. Language learning and linguistics in general have been for me a hobby that over time has become a professional activity. Adaptation to the student is the great advantage of the individual class and enhance all linguistic skills, especially oral expression and comprehension during class.
Moreover, I have got some volunteering experiences with teaching English and Spanish in South Korea, Guatemala and Uganda.

I started my Spanish lessons with Xavi a month ago and it couldn't have gone better. I'm A1 beginner with only six months of learning behind me and it scared me a bit to start speaking Spanish so soon, but it was one of the best decision because Xavi is very friendly, takes your learning courve into account and explains everything to you in a understanding way. He still pushes and encourages you to speak Spanish, so you will develop so much faster than you could on your own. The game really changes when doing these one on one lessons with a guy that truly supports your own growing progress. And he's a fun guy to talk to!
