I have been teaching adults and children (particularly those with dyslexia and learning difficulties) in French, English, marketing, and business for the past few years.
I lived in several countries, including France, Australia, New Zealand, England, and Colombia.
With my backpack, I travelled the world. I like getting to know new people from various cultures.
Writing is one of my favorite hobbies. For the past eight years, I've been writing novels.
In France, one of my novels was published. The book's title is "Lets Be Crazy" - Baudelaire Edition.
Fineaze has a lot of talent and he cares deeply about a student's individual needs. He is intelligent and can meet different students where they are at psychologically, developmentally, etc. He has very good manners, pays close attention to goals and even in a single session can adapt to the needs of the student in real time. As someone who has taught and supervised teachers and education professionals, I was quite impressed.
I really appreciate the way Fin hones in on my weak areas by dedicating extra time to find the appropriate material for my learning style. He notices when I struggle with a concept and then "switches gears" to help me improve, and he also listens very carefully to my goals and devises a plan of study for subsequent lessons. I definitely have to put in the work, but Fin is there with me every step of the way to encourage, remind, and test me (in non stressful ways). I appreciate his expertise!
