What are reasons why you started learning Japanese?
hace 6 añosI'm just curious how come a lot of people want to learn Japanese. What are the things that made you interested in Japanese?

BélgicaHi. :) For me anima and manga definitely play a big role, but I'm also a huge fan of hack&slash, jrpg games and the many visual novels. Also, I have a lot of appreciation for lots of the things made in Japan. For examples their websites (especially those from most games) always have a really nice design with lots of high quality pictures, I hope I can make mine so nice as well one day. ^.^ I haven't been to Japan yet, so I wouldn't know for sure, but many things made there seem to be very organized or of high quality, like the public transport? Speaking about organization: kanbans are lifesavers :b
EE. UU.I began learning because I've always watched anime and read manga but in April I'll be going for the first time. I wanted to be able to communicate at least conversationally!
EE. UU.The Martial Arts I trained in used Japanese. I've always wanted to go visit Japan and Okinawa. I figured I had better learn before I go. That's why I'm trying to learn Japanese.
That's awesome! I want to go to Okinawa so bad...
