Hi! My name is Nadia. I’m from Oaxaca, Mexico and I would like to be your Spanish teacher! I have a B. A. in Language Teaching and a Master’s in Educational Sciences.
Ever since I graduated from college, I became a Spanish teacher because I love to teach my language and culture.
I have experience teaching students of all ages, levels, and backgrounds and in countries such as the USA, Colombia, Italy, Mexico, and Belgium. My classes are interactive, fun, well-organized, and goal-oriented.

As an educator myself for many years, I know a gifted teacher when I see one and Nadia falls into that category! She is positive & encouraging. She does an excellent job modeling. She is patient and kindly corrects. Her materials and lessons are varied, well thought out, engaging and fun! I highly recommend her:)

I have been working with Nadia over the past few months and I am very happy with the results. My New Year's resolution for 2018 was to learn Spanish. Like many typical Americans, I had about three years of high school Spanish under my belt but could only say a few short sentences, and that is a probably a generous assessment of my abilities. However, Nadia exuded professionalism throughout our lessons and was patient while I struggled to find the right word or verb conjugation. She is passionate about teaching, as evidenced through her meticulous lesson planning and attention to detail. I plan on sitting for the DELE C1 exam in April 2019 and plan to work with Nadia extensively over the next year to be able to pass the exam. If you are looking for a tutor to help advance your Spanish or prepare for the DELE exam, etc., look no further. I only ask that you leave some time for me to reserve :).

Nadia is very eager to help and our lesson definitely made me work hard and stretch myself. That's a good thing and it's exactly what I need. It was a good lesson and I'll continue studying with her.
