Hi! I'm Louise. I'm originally from Cambridge in the UK but since becoming a teacher in 2007 I have lived and worked in Italy, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Romania where I currently live. I have a masters degree in anthropology and a Trinity CertTESOL from Trinity college London. Everyday English - We will ask each other common everyday English questions: "What time is it?", "What day is it today?", "How's the weather?", "What did you do today?" 2. Reading (+vocabulary, comprehension, and discussion) -We will take turns reading a book or news article. I have many different books and articles for all reading levels. 3. Conversation (topical or casual) - We will take turns asking each other questions about any topic, or we can just have an open conversation. I have enjoyed meeting so many interesting people through 3,500 hours of teaching on Verbling. For 20 years before joining Verbling, I was involved with international students at high school and university levels. My work gave me a lot of experience in communicating with students and families whose first language was not English. My lessons will always be based on the student's present level and interest.
