I am a Spanish retired who wants to teach my mother tongue to others and meet new people. I would love to share my knowledge of Spanish with whoever wants to learn it.
I was born in Spain but lived many years in Venezuela. I live now in Nigrán, north west of Spain. I am always eager to have good conversations in Spanish depending on the level of the student. I can adapt my lessons to the student requirements for them to either be more informal or grammar focused. I can teach students for all levels from beginners to advanced to children, teenagers or adults. I can provide exercises as homework when and as required. I am flexible for arranging the time for the lessons as long as they happen during the day from Monday to Sunday.

In recent years I have worked as a language teacher in northern Spain. My job duties there included designing intensive Spanish courses for beginners’, intermediate and advanced levels, as well as teaching both on-site and remotely. This constant interest has allowed me to become familiar with techniques and tools that are essential in today´s second language learning, such as the materials used by the Cervantes Institute and the most renowned publications and blogs in the field of language teaching. Hello everybody,
This is Xavi from Spain, currently living in Barcelona. I am 32 years old and I can teach you Spanish, Catalan and English (to B2 level) (IELTS 8). Furthermore, I am studying Chinese aswell HSK5.
I think that enthusiasm for what you do is fundamental, since that enthusiasm is key and spreads to those around you. I am a native Spanish teacher with over 3 years of experience teaching Spanish online and offline. I am also a certified DELE examiner by Instituto Cervantes with experience in over 6 official exams in levels A1, A2, B1 and B2.
